We are seeking an energetic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a can-do attitude to join our team. You will need to be personable, be able to communicate across all business functions and always show adaptability. You will need to be a problem solver and analytical.
The role of the Warehouse Supervisor is as follows:
- Supervising a small team, including:
- Receiving requests from the events team and adding to the warehouse scheduling.
- Ensuring all requests are carried out, internal processes are followed, and all jobs are delivered correctly and on time.
- Management of all inbound and outbound goods and ensuring everything is recorded on the company system. Ensuring inventories are kept up to date for easy retrieval of clients goods.
- Responsible for the health and safety (SWP’s) and housekeeping in the warehouse.
- As this is a hands-on role, supporting and overseeing the team with the pre-builds of exhibition booths to ensure competency in constructing to the highest standard and that the pack is complete and free of defects.
- Checking returned exhibition items of any damage/defects prior to going back into storage.
- Approving employees working hours, holiday requests and absence management in accordance with the staff handbook.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in warehouse supervision and able to supervise a small team, but still being a team player
- Drivers license
- Forklift certified
- IT Skills; Proficient in use of Microsoft
- H&S training or qualification
- On-site fire management knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships, as you will be speaking to the UK and German offices.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solver and timekeeping skills
- Trustworthy and ability to uphold confidentiality.

- Experience working in a global Company
- First aider and knowledge of wellbeing in the workplace
