We can offer you a total install & dismantle (I&D) service for all your trade shows, exhibitions, events, and conferences. We can provide and supervise all the labor resources required to set-up and take-down all your exhibition assets on site.
We can take away the stress and inconvenience of the paperwork and service ordering for you – and take care of everything on your behalf.
Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs, but can include:
- Booth receiving and confirmation
- Onsite management to ensure all ordered services have been installed and signed off on
- Labor paperwork completed including EAC (exhibitor appointed contractor) and COI (certificate of insurance) prior to installation.
- Labor representative available throughout the show to address any client questions/concerns
- Images of install completion and dismantle/packing for client review
