Ordering Deadline:
August 27th, 2026 – any orders received after this date will incur a 50% surcharge, so we’d advise you to book early, as soon as you know what your requirements will be.
Freight Services
Whether your shipment starts in the U.S. or overseas, leave it to us. We’ll manage everything: pick-up, customs, delivery to your booth, and return – from origin to venue and back again.
For international shipments, we’ve our own U.S. office and trusted global partners all working behind the scenes. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll make it happen.

Advance Warehouse
Heads up: direct deliveries to the St John’s Resort venue are not permitted.
All shipments must go via our advance warehouse.
- We will be accepting deliveries between August 31st and September 10th
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Advance Warehouse labels will be supplied via a link with your order confirmation
- Rates: $225 per 100 lbs (CWT), with a minimum of $450.
- For small packages (≤ 30 lbs, same carrier, same day), flat rate: $120
- Packages arriving after Sep 10th will be subject to additional surcharges and carry special-handling fees.
Drayage
Once your materials arrive properly labelled at the advance warehouse, we’ll deliver them right to your booth.
Our standard warehouse rate applies.
Storage of Empties
This is not included, but offsite storage can be arranged.

Outbound Freight
When it’s time to wrap up, we’ll coordinate returning your items to the advance warehouse so your carrier can pick them up. The same rates apply.
- Any freight not claimed by 6 pm on September 24th will be returned to the warehouse and billed at standard warehouse rates.
- We will hold outbound items for 7 days without charge after pick-up from your booth.
