We are an international organization specializing in the movement and storage of trade show booths and support materials around the world. With over 30 years of experience, our U.S. office just outside of Chicago and a European base of operations in London, we can handle any international logistics requirements you might have.

If you have a US client who exhibits with their displays, of any size or type, overseas and you wish to offer them continuity of your service, then you need look no further. EBISS can manage the entire process for you under your instructions.
For customers shipping to Europe, you can send us (or we can pick-up) your clients trade-show assets to our warehouse located just outside London. On arrival, we’ll perform a condition check of all assets and create your online inventory. (This can be just for you or your client can have access to it too).
Whenever your client has an overseas event, you can send us all the instructions and we’ll do the rest. We can tailor-make a solution that suits you and your customer.
We specialize in:
• International import and export of booth materials
• Customs clearance
• Delivery direct to events, to the booked booth space (we take care of the drayage)
• Storage of materials in our secure warehouses in Chicago or London between shows, or alternative locations are available on request
• Shipment of all materials back to the U.S. or forward onto a new destination if required

We have a selection of furniture and AV equipment available to rent from our European base, which will keep down your shipping costs

We can handle all the service ordering on your behalf
• Electrical conversion and supplies
We can ensure that all your electrical items have the correct adaptors and work as required at the venue
• Small print capabilities

• Booth check-in and repair
After each show, we will rebuild each stand in our warehouse to check for damage or dirt. Fabric coverings can be washed & dried before repacking, and damaged panels will be advised so they can be replaced ready for the next install

Our modern, clean warehouses provide an ideal storage solution for all your booths and equipment between shows
